- Twelve passport size photographs
- One Xerox copy of Aadhar Card
For 10+2
- One xerox copy of DMC of 10th exam passed (Original for Verification) ( Colored copy Compulsory)
- One xerox copy of DMC of 11th exam passed (Original for Verification) ( Colored copy Compulsory)
- Character certificate issued by the Institution last attended (Original)
- Online School leaving certificate issued by the Institution last attended (Original) (only for PSEB students)
- School Leaving Certificate with Countersigned (Original) issued by the Institution last attended. (only for other board students)
- Twelve passport size photographs
- One Xerox copy of Aadhar Card
