Rules & Regulations

GENERAL RULES
  • Students should be decent, courteous and polite at all times whether they are in the class or in the school premises.
  • Students should respect the beauty and cleanliness of the school.
  • At least 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in the final examination.
  • If a student remains absent for 10 consecutive days, his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls.
  • Bunking of classes is prohibited.
  • Students are not allowed to bring objectionable material to school.
  • Whistling & shouting in the school premises is not allowed.
  • Students must come to school in proper uniform.
  • Any kind of misbehavior on the part of students will not be tolerated.
REGARDING HOSTEL
  • No student is allowed to remain in the hostel during the school timings. In case of any emergency, the student must take permission from the class in-charge & the hostel warden.
  • Students need to take care of all the accessories of the room allotted to them. In case of any damage, the respective student will be responsible.
  • Students need to take prior permission from the warden to visit home.
  • Students are not allowed to visit market alone.
  • A student has to pay full amount if he/she wants to discontinue his/her stay in the hostel after a month. In case he/she leaves the hostel in a month or less then the deposited amount (i.e. One installment) will be forfeited.
REGARDING LIBRARY
  • Student can use the facilities of library if he/she has his/her school ID Card.
  • Three books can be issued to a student at a time, for 15 days (per book).
  • A student will be fined Rs 5/- per day if a book is not returned on due date.
  • If the returned book is found torn, the student will have to pay double cost of it.
  • Nobody will bring any eatable/beverage to the library.
  • To keep silence in the library is everybody’s duty.
  • If any student gets books issued after clearance of no due, he/she will have to submit refundable security fee which will be double of the cost of books.
REGARDING TRANSPORTATION
  • Students must be seated while travelling.
  • The Student is not allowed to ask driver/conductor to play music in the institute bus or try this on his/her own.
  • The Student is not allowed to listen to music on speaker or on his/her laptops/mobile during the journey.
